- **Completed Boosters** - Activities you complete and how long you spend on them
- **Booster Ratings** - Your feedback on activity helpfulness
- **Activity Preferences** - Boosters you skip, snooze, or rate poorly

### Wellness Insights
- **Burnout Assessments** - Your responses to weekly burnout screening
- **Wellness Scores** - Calculated from your mood, sleep, and energy data
- **Gamification Stats** - Your points, streaks, and badges earned

### Account Information
- **Email** - Used for account authentication via Supabase Auth
- **User ID** - Generated automatically to track your data

### Technical Data
- **Device Information** - Device type, OS version (for bug reports)
- **App Usage** - Which features you use and when

- **Storage:** All data is stored securely on Supabase (encrypted at rest)

- **Backups:** Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal
